It took almost a week of consistent work and now the deck at the farm is finally finished.

I used a combination pilot and countersink bit along with stainless steel square drive screws to hold the timber down.

Thank goodness for the 'Three Amigos' I bought from Aldi , brushless motor lithium battery drills and impact driver , they would last a whole day of work on a charge and fitted thousands of screws without a murmur.

Typical Hiawatha weather served up over an inch of rain and howling gales on the last two days of work .
