You need to take the bearing race housings off the back and front as well as the input shaft housing along with the selector rails, they release by unscrewing the flat steel at the back which is held in place with two studs. The shaft with the small bearing may be a little stuck as the input shaft bearing needs to slide off first. From memory a little tap with something soft on the small bearing “input shaft bearing”shaft end will slide that bearing free and the shaft will slide out with gears left in the box.Just to add you can then maneuver the other gear and shaft out of the box and take it to a press and press off the bearing to free the gears on it. The reverse idler gear frees with opening the bolt opposite it on the bottom outside casting. Hope this makes scense as it’s coming back to me bit by bit.
